GetBucketVersioningResponse.VersioningConfig Property

Gets and sets the Versioning property. Unless Versioning has been explicitly "Enabled" on a bucket, Versioning Status is "Off". Once Versioning has been "Enabled", it can be "Suspended" but cannot be switched "Off".
